Phillip is a 64 year old father, grandfather and retired Accountant, Auditor, Regional Director of Asset Forfeiture Program and Occupational Safety & Health Management Analyst for the united states Marshals Service and the Federal Bureau of Prisons. I have nine years' financial management/accounting experience. I was a auditor for four years. I worked in asset forfeiture for twelve years. And I worked in Safety & Health for over five years.

I am a political junkie, a woodworker, wide reader and an economist. I take the local paper, the Wall Street Journal, and the Financial Times. I prepare income taxes for part of my twelve living brothers and sisters.
